Transferring data from phone to phone

I had a Droid Razr Maxx that was defective and got a replacement sent to me.  I am trying to get all my data to transfer from backup assistant +, but I seem to be missing a ton of apps and my purchased ringtones.  What am I doing wrong?

Don't Worry about the Apps to Much as Soon as you put your Google Account in your Replacement Maxx that's being shipped to ya. An go into the Play-Store except the Terms Tap an while on the Main page Tap Settings then tap were it says My Apps to go to that Section an while there looking at your Apps Slide the page to the Left it will say All on Top an show you the Apps you had Previously.  Now in the case that you are on the Main Page an you Tap settings an My Apps doesn't show go ahead an install a App that You are familiar with and then Tap Home the Home.. Then Go back to the Play-Store an then when on the Main Page then Tap your Settings--> then My Apps it will take you to that Section an as Mention before scroll the Page to Left to Reveal Previous Apps..

The apps you have purchased should still be available to download from the app store.  Ringtones you can get from your MyVerizon account (log in and go to Media...)  And if yo used the new Backup Assistant Plus, it *should* all be in the same location, though I haven't used BUA + myself.

I wish I wrote down the apps I purchased.....hard to remember them all.   I did use the BUA+ before I swapped the phones, but when I checked under media it says there are no ringtones.   I might have to call verizon.   Thank you for your help.

One final say. If your apps are on your SD card, just swap them out and all the apps that you transferred to your SD card will still be there. By the way, I love my Maxx, especially the battery usage. Too bad all smartphones don't have such a system.

You still have to reinstall the apps even if they was installed to the sd card...

The method I posted will backup apparel to sd card but you will still have to use app to restorer them after device change or hard reset.
