I suspect it won't work that way. I assume you're trying to use your Razr with the USB connection in an automobile whose radio is designed for the iPhone. The USB on the Razr can be used to access the storage (as USB mass storage), in PC mode, as a Windows Media Sync device, and for charging. The Razr (I'd think) won't speak like the iPhone.
You'd be better off using the Bluetooth on the phone to stream music to a BT connection on your radio, use a stereo mini plug to connect to the AUX input on your radio, or perhaps use an FM transmitter.

Has anyone found a FM Transmitter that actually WORKS ? The last time I tried that, I bought one from Best Buy for like $20 that was horrific. All kinds of interference - I ended up returning it.

I will check for one I’ve used before and get you some particulars. The key to avoiding interference is to get one that can be configured to use a different bandplan (don’t remember if it was European or what). This gets you a transmitter that works on 87.9 and 87.7 MHz, which many car radios will receive. It will usually be interference-free unless you meet up with someone on the road using the same frequency. This allows you to avoid FM broadcast station interference.
