I'm a little worried or concerned. I had an activation notification on my phone just a little less than an hour ago. It had the correct phone number, when I pressed on it it didn't do anything and I was only able to swipe it away. I haven't installed anything new on my phone, only other "incident" was a page I visited popped up an advertisement (full voice/video add), but I closed the browser down immediately. I have allow unknown sources turned off (but do have developer/debugging features turned on). Should I be concerned with this notification?
