Hi
I have a Verizon phone, Moto x 2013 (1st gen). I live in Georgia (country not the state), thus I have some trouble using it. When I insert my Georgian SIM card It says that SIM is not from Verizon and It does not receive a signal. I heard that after 12 months it's possible to unlock your phone. What can I do to make my phone work with Georgian SIM card?
thank you!

I know the importance of having a working phone. I'll be happy to help point you in the right direction. All Verizon Wireless 4G LTE devices are automatically factory unlocked by the manufacturer. We are just a wireless provider that provides wireless service in the United States. We don't have the ability to unlock devices of any sort. Please contact your SIM card carrier or Motorolla Support: https://mobilesupport.lenovo.com/us/en/.

You should also verify the Verizon model of the Moto X 2013 (1st generation) is compatible with your local carrier.

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
