Very disappointed Razr owner

I recently purchased the new droid Razr phone through verizon. Spent more money than I should have on the phone but I thought why not.....Even researched info on the phone before purchasing it...  I did not know about all the problems associated with the razr... But I really do like the phone , the size and all most everything about it... I have never had so many problems with a phone.. Im on my second razr after my first one had the dreaded black screen of death. now my second one is doing the same thing. But this one I can't  get to reboot are anything ..... Im thinking about changing cell phone companies are something . I think that It sucks to pay so much money for a phone and it not last no longer than this one has.... Verizon is just like other companies , In the beginning they do whatever to sucker you in but then once you sign they screw you any way they can. They don't care that you spent your hard earned money on their junk . All they care about is getting your money then their done with you...Im tired of working my ass off and giving my money away to companies that don't appreicate my business!  But on the other had I do  have a question for someone.. what I want to know is there any other way to reboot without holding down the power button an up and down buttons??????

Borrowed from Droid Life ... You should only be pressing volume DOWN and the power button.

Press and hold Volume Down + Power for 10-15 seconds and your phone should power all the way off. Then, power it back on as you normally would.

Nice to know that ... was not aware of that feature.

To the OP : other than venting, is there something SPECIFIC you need help with that you're experiencing with the phone? Do your "problems" exist when you run in SAFE MODE? (that would rule out problem APPS that you may have installed.)

To do a Soft Reset Press the Volume Down & Power Button at the same Time:  there may be Time's when doing this the Ringtone indicator will bottom Out an the Vibrator will start to Vibrate. But even though it Does this Continue Holding the Buttons till the Phone Shuts Off.. then let go of the buttons wait a few seconds the phone will re-power it-self back on.. b33
