Just within the last few weeks I have had people tell me that they can't hear me. I can't figure out how to adjust the volume so they can hear me. If I set the volume for ringtones it blasts. Does anyone know how to do this?
Have you tried to adjust the volume while on the phone call? That is usually the only time you can access the in-call volume.
Thank you, I will try that, but also discovered that my cover may have been covering up the speaker. I'm such a ding dong, but sometimes it helps to have others to help you see what you couldn't before.
