On a full charge, my phone almost dies while the screen is on for only 4 hours. Does anyone else have this problem?

At the end of the day I usually have about 4 hours of screen time and about 50% left@. However in the last few months I took screen shots when I used the phone more. Here is what I got:
25% battery left- 13h 32m on with 6h 17m of screen time
22% battery left- 18h 21m on with 7h 14m of screen time
36% battery left- 14h 39 on with 5h 27m of screen time
I don't have many apps on my phone and the only ones that update are Weatherbug at once per hour, Gmail every 10 minutes and two other email accounts at once per hour. I don't leave GPS on and my music is on my phone. I don't use the cloud for anything. Of course signal strength plays a big part. If your phone is working hard to keep the connection, that will eat the battery faster.
