I downloaded the latest software for my Moto Z Play on Sep 9 (NDNS26. 118-23-1). Now, the phone won't accept my fingerprint, and makes me enter a pin EVERY time I want to look at my screen. The same message ("Too many attempts") pops up every time, despite the fact that I've only just touched the scanner. I never had any issues with the fingerprint scanner before this terrible update.
I'd appreciate any help the community could offer. Thanks!
