Why can't I talk and use mobile data at the same time?

My old Droid turbo would let me use my mobile data while talking on the phone. My Turbo 2 will not. Why?

You need to activate the HD Voice feature on your line and on the phone. There was an update recently to improve the calling features of the phone.
