Why doesn't my phone ring for priority contacts?

I have a turbo 2 that updated last weekend. I keep my phone set to priority only for calls and texts. Since the update my priority contacts either don't ring or ring part of my tone then stop. I'm missing lots of calls and texts because of this. I've played with the settings and nothing. How do I get this fixed?

Try going in the Moto app or the sounds and notifications setting and verify the settings or reset them.
