The first time, I had left my phone on the coffee table while a friend was visiting with her toddler. I assumed he had gotten hold of the phone while no one was looking and through chance had accidentally pressed the right combo to start a factory reset.
Today, I retrieved my phone from where it was plugged in over night and it prompted me to go through setup as if it had reset again.
WTF?!?
