My battery life sucks now too.
Since my latest update, my wifi and bluetooth won't stay connected and sometimes won't allow me to turn it on at all. When I try to slide it over to the "On" position it slides right back over to the "Off" position almost immediately. It is also restarting on it's own. I have checked my storage space and there is plenty of open space available. I have also run a virus scan and there are no threats. I have done everything but a master reset. I am trying to avoid this if at all possible because of the hassle it is to set everything back up. I also don't need to lose all of my texts. Please advise!
Hello CarmenA1234! That's terrible news about your RAZR Maxx. You mentioned that this started with the last update. If those two are related, it's possible that the update didn't apply correctly. I'm having the same issues and I have master reset ....
So after scouring the internet for answers I called Verizon and they just wanted to send me a new phone which doesnt actually fix the issue just prolongs it so I called Motorola and ask them what they thought they told me to factory reset the phone with the SIM card out of the phone so far its been working hope this helps
