Since my latest update, my wifi and bluetooth won't stay connected and sometimes won't allow me to turn it on at all. When I try to slide it over to the "On" position it slides right back over to the "Off" position almost immediately. It is also restarting on it's own. I have checked my storage space and there is plenty of open space available. I have also run a virus scan and there are no threats. I have done everything but a master reset. I am trying to avoid this if at all possible because of the hassle it is to set everything back up. I also don't need to lose all of my texts. Please advise!
