Wifi problem

Question

Typically i have no issues with my wifi connection on my Droid Razr. Other than at work.  When i am at work my phone will "connect"to the wifi without issue. but the symbol remains grey, and the wifi does not work. i have the correct password and have tried turning it on and off multiple times. Any Suggestions would be appreciated.

Also, just like in a previous post. While text messaging, i will sometimes get the green "sending" arrow. that will not go away. Any suggestions to this? the factory reset did nothing.

Thanks for clarifying for us today dookie84! We absolutely understand how important it is to have access to WIFI. Upon review of your comment, I would like to inform you that the issue with your WIFI would not actually be a device issue. Since you're able to successfully connect to other WIFI connections, this would validate that there is an issue with your works WIFI and not the device. Some users do experience issues when attempting to access employer WIFI due to certain restrictions and incompatibility. Have you spoken with your works IT Department for assistance? Are you using a third party messaging application or the imbedded application? Please keep us posted, thanks!
