Will I be able to use my device in London and Paris?

Question

I am traveling to London and Paris in May and want to use my phone if needed.  Do I need to do anything before I leave (call Verizon Customer Service or enter a code of some kind)?  I plan to use the phone only in airplane mode unless there is an emergency.

That sounds like an awesome trip ricsan! Yes, your phone will work in both locations. A Global capable device with active SIM card is required.
