callers cant hear me but i can hear them
Jeannietaylor, we want to work hard to make sure, you don’t have to work hard to use your phone. We’re here to help. Has your phone been damaged (physical/liquid)? If you place the call on speakerphone can they hear you? Does it happen on every phone call?

I have the same problem with my Motorola Turbo. No one at VZ seems to know why this is nor do they have any solution to allow me to make and receive calls on a regular basis.
I am so disheartened by this. If anyone comes up with an answer please share...my wife is about to kill me for not being available when my family needs me.
Likely a simple fix. You need to turn off VoLTE in the settings menu.

VoLTE OFF

Check to see if your mute is activated...my cheek hits it at times and turns it on. When I pull the phone away from my ear I can see it's active...toggle it off and folks can hear me again.
Hello there PTut!
I'd love to help you so the oher party on the line can hear you! Have you checked the microphone for any debris? Does the same thing happen if using headphones or the speakerphone on the device?
