I have an old Motorola that I have been using for the past 2-3 years. Recently I've started to notice that I can't send texts to anybody with an error message that says "Can't send. Contact your carrier (error code 97)". I've tried clearing the messages cache and data, restarted my phone, restarted messages and it's still there. Could it be due to wifi issues? If not, I don't know what to do.
