When I try to call my son from my contact list, it does not reach him. But, if I dial it, it goes through. It is the same exact number. He said he has not blocked me, so what is the problem?

Sounds like there is something messed up with the contact entry. Have you tried deleting the contact and re-adding it to see if that fixes the issue?
