Got my contacts off my razr maxx hd. saved on my pc as an exported file from cloud. where/how do i put this file on my new Turbo? Cloud only has a backup option on the phone and not an import function?
You could import the file into your gmail account on the desktop and use Google as a backup rather than VzW's cloud. There also should be an option within the phone's People app to import the file.
I have like 62 windows open.....ugh
Am I taking the file I already exported from cloud and sending it to google? I don't see anything along the lines of importing or contacts.
Or should I be getting back to the vzw cloud and exporting it via a different option?

Yep, that took all of 12 seconds despite my phone contact menu saying there was no .vcf file to import from my google account....
