is there any way to not have my phone contacts include facebook friends?
There sure is. Open the People app, tap the menu key, tap View, then uncheck Facebook.

I'm sorry, I have a different phone. Maybe yours is called Contacts? Whatever you open to see your list of contacts.
O i got it! It was a little different, contacts, manage, fb thank u!
