I have tried what another post said would work but it wont.. i have no idea why it turned off it still had half of it left to go... any odea why?

Don't know what you tried, but plug it into a wall outlet using your Motorola supplied cable and charger. Leave it there for 1-2 hours. Then hold both the Power and Volume Down buttons for around 10 seconds.

Are you still experiencing issues with your Razr? Did SallyC's suggestion help? How long have you had the device charging? Are you using a wall outlet?
