I have tried wiping cashe partition and factory reset what else can i do to fix my phone. it will turn on for a few and start freezing and then turns off and does it all again
If you have tried all that already, there is not much else I could suggest other than calling Verizon and trying their troubleshooting steps, which will be the same as you have already done, and most likely have it warranty-replaced at no charge PROVIDED there is NO damage (physical/liquid) whatsoever to the device.
