My husband and I have the same exact phone. Its the moto z force. He can get calls and mine will connect and drop the calls. This is getting ridiculous. I live in a rural area and I know cell phone service is spotty but why does his work and mine doesn't?
What is the network mode setting? Are you using the HD Voice feature?

It's frustrating when your calls are having issues with staying connected, Gaithr86. Let me see what's going on and get this issue with the dropped calls resolved. What's your zip code? When did this issue start happening? Please share some additional details so I can look into this service concern.
