i woke up this morning and all mysteriously all of my contacts are gone, so i went to my backup assistant to restore them but now it's backup assistant plus sync. so i have no idea how to get my contacts back, anyone have a solution??
Hello march426! The change in name and function of Backup Assistant should not prevent you from using the application or service! If you were using Backup Assistant before your contacts disappeared from your phone, you should still be able to see your contacts. If you haven’t done so, please log into your acct at My Verizon (www.verizonwireless.com) and select Manage My Contacts. You should have a full list of contacts. From there, you’ll be able to select “Sync Now” in the upper right corner of the list.
