how do you delete a frequently called from list
If you are referring to the Frequently Called that appears under your Favorites ... you can't delete them, unfortunately.

On my Razr M running Jelly Bean it's possible: Phone > Favorites > Menu > Clear frequents
I mention this because when Jelly Bean rolls out to the Razr and Razr Maxx (rumored to be just around the corner) you should be able to clear Frequently Called too.
Good to know. Yep, supposedly the Razr and Razr Maxx will be upgraded to JB soon (still on the list for 1st quarter); Bionic is still on the "will be upgraded" list.
