what is the round blue icon in the upper right hand corner of my droid turbo. it is blue, round and kind of looks like a person with head and shoulders. its not there all the time.
That is supposed to indicate your user profile.
Set up your profile in Contacts, if you haven't already.
If you "click" on it to open it, it will allow you to turn on bluetooth, wifi, airplane mode etc.
That screen (turn on/off Bluetooth, WiFi, Airplane Mode) is actually the Quick Settings and is normally accessed by swiping down with two fingers instead of one to open the notification shade. You can also swipe down a second time while in the notification shade to switch it to the quick settings.
The circle with the person head shape is for the user profile or to switch users on the phone should the device allow multiple users.
