My other phone is a Motorola photon 4g, most of my jpg & mp4 files on my sd card were taken with it. For some reason it will only load the "thumbnails" and nothing else! Anyone know why? The RAZR has everything (camera wise) or better, that the photon does even has ICS where as the photon has gingerbread???
Are you sure that the jpg's are on the SDcard? If you can, mount the card on a PC or attach your RAZR to a PC and see if they are really there. If you cannot do that look at the files on the SDcard with a file explore while it is in the phone.
If they really exist on the card you may have to go to Apps, All and clear the data and cache for Media Storage and then reboot your phone.
As a last ditch effort copy the jpg's to a PC and then copy them to the RAZR.
