Update push in August killed my microphone. It works poorly with the speaker on and not at all without the speaker on. Worked fine prior to update, no problem.
I am having the same issue. When I use by earbuds, people say it sounds like I am whispering. Did verizon provide any solutions?

Are you having the same issue when not using your earbuds for calls? We ask because if this is only happening with your earbuds, then the issue would be with that device and not the phone.
