it seems that my microphone has stopped working. the phone doesn't work in regular phone mode, or on Bluetooth. people can only hear me if i'm on speakerphone. otherwise, all they hear are microphone crackles or nothing at all, when everything i hear is crystal clear. no trauma has happened to my phone. please help!!!
Oh no snazzybettie. A phone without a working microphone isn't very useful. But if you're having the same trouble on regular phone mode as well as Bluetooth, that means there's 2 different microphones that are causing trouble. And when you're using the speakerphone, it's actually using the same microphone as on a regular call. Did the phone start acting up after any particular application was installed? Sometimes it can be as simple as uninstalling the most recent applications from your phone because they may be causing the phone to have communication issues.
