My hotspot don't work it states It keeps kicking off.. and posting a red circle with a exclamation mark. I called Verizon wireless and I had to do a hard reset losing some numbers. It worked for a moment then cut off again. What can I do next. I am under the unlimited hotspot and internet usage. This happened after I did the update they had for my phone.
