sounds like a network problem or a device problem. Verizon currently does not throttle 4G.

That low? I'd be throttled weeks ago lol. So far I am around 32GB Kidding aside it seems either like a network issue or your phone/sim card may have a problem.

If you going to show us something that's ok but you need to have a level head about it or ones are not going to buy it or the Mods will watch an then remove your Post. I don't Know if you showed it or Not but i did not seeing any Test of you using Wi-Fi I want to see if that phone Operates at a Different Level when it's hooked to a Wi-Fi Set Up if you don't have Wi-Fi find some one that does and then Video it. An leave out the Music i want to here you an the Test your Doing. As Tidbit said it might be a Network Thing or your Phone Causing the Issue it-self. I'm not disbelieving What your Saying but i want some more factual Proof.. b33

Have you tried running the test in Safe Mode, to take 3rd party apps out of the picture? It can still be installed apps, such as mail, FB or others. If you have the phone constantly checking, it will slow down.
Could be an app conflict. Or a flaked out 4G radio. I did not have time to watch the whole video. Did you show how it works fine after a reset???
