no data connection??

I cant send or recieve mms messages. It says "No data connection" "MMS messages can not be sent or received until the data connection is restored. Please check your mms apn configuration in mobile network settings" I have tried everything I can think of. What do I do??

You've gone to Settings --> Data --> Tap Mobile Data, waited a few minutes, then tapped back on?

Have you tried removing the SIM card and reinstalling?

Have you tried powering off the phone, waiting a bit, then turning back on?

If he takes the Sim Out he needs to wait for at Least 10 min to re-install it.. and when he Does it should be done with Great Care as to not Touch the Sim in the Gold Area of it ) Oils and Static Electricity from our fingers don't play Nice with Sim Cards it's like Toxic Soup! EEE b
