How do I transfer muy pictures/videos from my Razr to my computer? I connect the USB cable to my computer from my phone and nothing happens.
did you get a notification at the top of usb, pull down & select mass storage, then open my computer or windows explorer & it will show up as the next drive after cd, dvd.....find pics in folder.
I tried this many times and finally did get it to work selecting mass storage like you said. (Selecting anything else and it will not show up in Windows Explorer.) BUT...I get to see all kinds of folders that I have no idea what they are for. I do see a few files that I can figure out BUT I can NOT find any PICTURE files at all. I can find a few thumbnail files ut not the files these thumbnails go to. This is a bunch of crap! I should be ale to simply hook up the USB cable and go to pictures and drag the files back and forth to and from my computer. As it is now I have to take the memory card out of the phone and put it in a card reader hooked to the computer to transfer files. This should not be necessary.
