My phone is not able to turn on at all. I have tried a reset with power button and volume button up hitting both at same time to reset and nothing. Tried plugging in to power source, also nothing, Please advise.

If you get no success with holding the power button for 30, no success with holding power and volume down for 30, or with holding power, vol up, and vol down, you might just plug in to charge and keep it near you and watch it. Crazier things have happened.
Hold the power and/or volume down buttons at the same time for 30 seconds or more.
No result w/ power button and volume down button.
