My Droid Razr Maxx keeps saying,"4 items to waiting to upload. Remote device is offline." What in the world is going on? My phone is linked to my computer, wireless is working, wi-fi is on, and i can't get this notification to go away. I've attached it directly to my computer via usb and still will not go away. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get this to go away?

I had the same problem! I had to go to two different Verizon stores, one of them twice, in order to solve the problem. The store I went to twice did a factory reset on my phone, and that did not solve the problem. When I came back to the store the second time, a different guy looked at my phone and told me it has to do with Motocast and how it uploads. He said the phone is waiting for my laptop to be on in order to do the update. Connect your phone to your computer, log into your Motocast account, and try syncing your phone to your computer. This should get the message to go away. I have not seen the message again since I did this, and that was about a month and a half ago. Good luck!

If you don't use Motocast, just turn it off. That should get rid of the upload notifications.

I do use Motocast and thanks for the tips. Thanks chipjonz! That's
exactly what it was. Worked like a charm and saved me a trip to the
store. I just bought the phone last week and still getting used to it.
Thanks again!
