I just got a new droid maxx (old one met with "user error") and I was making it mine again (resyncing everything, etc) when it started installing updates for slacker radio. I have NEVER in my LIFE used this app, so I stopped the install and hit disable. It gave me a message that if I did this some other apps may misbehave. I figured what could RADIO have to do with ANYTHING else on my phone... so I went for it. Haha, now my google play store won't even open! I went to the play store online to see if I could re-enable whatever it was online, but the only thing I could do from there was install it. Which, of course, doesn't help because it's already installed. I found the app settings again for Slacker radio, but my only options are to disable it again?? I really don't want to have to restore factory settings as I JUST did that on this new phone... Can I fix this mistake made of hubris?? Someone help!

If you haven't got it fixed do this go into your Settings find apps and then under Downloaded scroll down to Google play store tap the Icon to go into the app once in there Do these things as follows 1. clear the Cache, 2. them the Data, 3 Uninstall the App, Followed by Force stop, From there hit your Home but then do a Power Re-set 2 buttons power + either Volume down or Volume up press them together till the phone powers of continue holding the buttons and additional 20 sec. Re-lease let the power up.. Then go into your app drawer tap on Google Play Store and when it ask G-Play pops up the terms to accept, Accept them and let Play load up in your phone..
If you still seeing issues with Play you may need to go to your Apps on play and get Google's Play Services App i know one time or another I've had to do to Updates and this may be one of them..
