I want to know how to transfer my pics from my old phone (droid charge) to my new phone (droid maxx)?

Transfer the pictures from your Charge to your computer:

Transfer Pictures/Videos - DROID CHARGE™ by SAMSUNG

and then transfer them from the computer to the Maxx:

Transfer Pictures/Videos - DROID Mini / DROID Ultra / DROID Maxx by Motorola

How do i do that? I have run my cord from the charge to the computer but I dont know what to do from there.
