switched to a moto g pure. restarted several times. Changed hotspot settings. Still a no go. I have zero luck ever getting a hold of any customer service agent for any company over the phone, so I'm just going to ask here, why is my mobile hotspot suddenly not working? I did not change my phone plan, just the physical phone. I have another moto g pure on my plan whose hotspot only works sometimes.
We need both our mobile hotspots turned back on. Why am I paying for unlimited and hotspot and not being given hotspot?
