When I open a large email and select view entire message the green rotating icon starts but nothing else happens.
JEFDEE45, we don't want you to miss any important e-mails on your device. Which make/model phone do you have? Are you connected to our cellular data network or Wi-Fi when you have this issue accessing large e-mails?

It is a Motorola Droid Turbo 2 and it happens on WiFi in my home, which is also Verizon.
