In need of some help. I've got a motorola G phone, pretty basic but it's all I need, with a pre-paid Verizon sim. Which I can't activate from the phone.
I know I can activate it online, although, how easy that may be I can't tell, because I can't create a Verizon account. Reason being, I don't know what the phone number is. It may have been on the packaging, but that's gone. All I have is the number on the sim card, which presumably somewhere links to a phone number. I'd contact support, but I can't call them in hours. I can't talk to anyone online, because to do so, I need an account, which I can't create... In a bit of a bind.
How do I proceed? Anyone got any suggestions?
