Bought phone Moto G 2024 from Walmart that I cannot activate because I did not buy it for service. I need to get pass the activation screen

I bought a Moto G 2024 from Walmart, which requires me to activate it by purchasing a plan. I did not purchase this device to use with any service. I need some assistance getting to the homescreen so I can use this phone like I intended to use it without buying a plan.

There are old YouTube videos showing workarounds for that, but I'm not sure if those method(s) still work for newer Motorola phones. If whatever is being shown on the YouTube videos doesn't work, then you will either have to buy service from a carrier or return the phone.
