My roommate got his S24 Ultra today but he can’t activate the phone nor can he log into his Verizon account . After being on hold with customer service he was told the activation dept was closed and that she didn’t see anyhwhere his new Verizon number nor account activated . He was told to wait until the following day ? I’m using my Verizon acct in hope of getting him some help , that’s a lot of money spent on a phone that can’t activate and Verizon there is no one to help him ?
