I'm trying to lock my Sim card and change the pin, how can I do this?

If you forget the PIN and need to reset it, or don't have the default PIN in order to modify it, you can follow the steps in this link to obtain a new PUK as well: https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-47377/
