I have had this phone for about a month, in that time the following has been happening:
1. 3 times the phone stopped charging at 43%. (yes i am using the supplied charger). I have to restart the phone, and then it will continue charging to 100%
2. Multiple times the WIFI has been on, but the phone does not pick up any networks. If i restart the phone, or turn the WIFI off and on, the networks return, and work for a while.
3. WIFI calling is impossible on some WIFI networks. If the call connects, the person on the line can not hear me, if they can hear me, the call will drop within a few minutes, and the phone says WIFI disconnected.
4. Randomly Apps will just stop, and the phone is not responsive, again if i restart the phone things go back to normal.
I have worked in the same office for 25 years, I have had Motorola phones the whole time, and had an edge + prior to this one without issues, did i just get a problematic phone? I purchased it through Verizon, who would carry the warranty, and how do i get this checked out?!?!
