Motorola one 5G UW, Android ver 11. all up to date
I get a Verizon Adaptable Sound error, that only lets me choose "wait" or "Stop app" . If I wait the phone crashes, If I stop it doesn't ....but no matter what I have no sound and no microphone. In Settings-Sound the Adaptive Sound option is a blank screen and sometimes says "No Route". I have tried a soft reset and a full factory reset and still have the same issue. Please help, a phone with no sound and no mic is useless !?!

Hi Kindurys, I'm sorry to hear of your phone troubles and appreciate all the steps you've already taken. To get a better idea of what is causing this, have you had an opportunity to try in safe mode? https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-234905/

Do you have the option to disable this app? Go to Settings> Apps> Find the app and tap on it and then tap disable on the bottom. ~Peter

Yes sir, I have disabled the app...actually had to because if not disabled the phone will automatically reboots and the UI fails,

The latest Android OS is Android 14. If your phone is still running Android 11 and won't update to anything newer, it's entirely possible whatever Verizon software updates which have been coming out lately aren't compatible with Android 11 and bricked your phone.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
