Phone not working making or receiving calls giving a messages that my phone is disconnected why is this i've only had phone for two weeks
Where did you buy your phone? I'm wondering if your phone is blacklisted, as that's a common cause for a phone to suddenly stop working a few weeks in after getting service with a carrier.
That is definitely unusual. We want to have your phone up and running. Is this for postpaid or prepaid service? Are other services affected like your data?
