I bought my Motorola in US, and I am going to use it only in EU. How to unlock it for use with any SIM card?

Verizon's device unlocking policy states you must use the device on Verizon for at least 60 days, then it automatically unlocks.

If you didn't use the phone for at least 60 days on Verizon before you left the US, the phone cannot be unlocked.
If you aren't a Verizon customer at all, you need to get a refund from whomever sold you the phone.
