Phone is making an annoying beeping noise?
Might be time to look for a new phone. Charging issue could be a risk.

We'd like to assist you with your Motorola Droid RAZR. Is there any kind of message on your screen? Is there any damage to the charging port? What steps, if any, have you taken to resolve the issue on your own? If you have not already done so, please power cycle your device.
