Apple one family

I added apple one family to my plan. It has been  a week of calling Verizon and being told to call apple. I have spent numerous days talking to customer service with no resolution. I am paying for a service that still shows pending, refresh. They took it off put it back on nothing works. What is the point of offering a service that you can’t really sign into. I am not the only one online with this issue. Who is going to fix this and when?

Verizon seriously needs to fix this issue. This post was was originally written in January. It’s now March 23, 2025 and there are many posts in the Verizon’s Community Forum where many community members are having the very exact same problem. This is not an Apple issue at all, so we should not be referred to Apple. I had so many Open Support Requests to get a call back for this issue with never receiving the callback from the Verizon Support team. I’m getting really tired and frustrated with Verizon. Ever since I had my services installed with Verizon which was two weeks ago. Everything from not being able to link services to access my Verizon account, Verizon Support Agents(and I believe I have spoken to more than a dozen of them) not being able to figure out why they cannot delete two different email address that I have which are still linked to my Verizon ID, now this… It’s been a battle everyday for two weeks. I have enough time to cancel my services with Verizon, because it’s obviously been less than thirty days now that I have been on this service trial. I’ve been commenting the very same issue on several different community posts or feeds about the very same thing. No one seems to know what the issue is. I might as well just give Apple themselves my money the extra five bucks ontop of the twenty every month for services that will actually work. Instead of having to give more money to Verizon who hires support agents that are not trained properly to help their customers, as well for not taking money from their customers for services that we cannot even have any access to.
