5G Ultra Wideband Access

Does anyone know what the 5G Ultra Wideband Access is for and do I really need it? I am tired of paying an extra $10 a month for something that I don't even know what it is for. Thanks

We'd be happy to shed some light on your questions regarding our 5G Ultra Wideband (UW) network, watergirl1963.

5G Ultra Wideband is Verizon's highest performing 5G. Our 5G Ultra Wideband network uses high band (mmWave) and mid-band (C-band) spectrum to deliver a top-of-the-line 5G experience.

When you’re not in a 5G Ultra Wideband coverage area, you may still get a great network experience with 5G, in addition to our award-winning 4G LTE network. 5G UW access is a great option for those who want to enjoy the fastest available speeds in a 5G UW location.
